TrendX is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of your first payment. This 30-day window begins on the date you sign up for any TrendX subscription plan.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund within the 30-day window, simply contact our support team at hna.fund@gmail.com. We will process your request promptly and aim to respond on the same business day. Refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during signup.
Please note that due to potential transaction fees and complexities associated with cryptocurrency payments, refunds cannot be processed for subscriptions purchased using cryptocurrency.
YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWAL
For yearly subscriptions with automatic renewal, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the billing date. However, after this 72-hour window and beyond the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT AND REMINDERS
TrendX sends courtesy reminders via email before your annual subscription renews. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription prior to the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings by logging into your account or contacting us at hna.fund@gmail.com.
